Refund Policy
1. Scope of Services
This refund policy applies to all services provided by TT Consultant ACCOUNTING & TAX CONSULTANCY including but not limited to tax preparation, accounting services, business consulting, and financial advisory.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to provide the highest level of service to our clients. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of the service completion to discuss your concerns. We will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
- Errors or mistakes made by our team that result in incorrect financial reporting or tax filing.
- Failure to deliver agreed-upon services within the specified time frame, provided all necessary documentation and information were supplied by the client on time.
- Services that have not been started or partially completed, and the client decides to cancel before completion.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Services that have been fully completed and delivered as agreed.
- Fees for consultations, advice, and planning where the information has already been provided.
- Any government or third-party fees (e.g., tax filing fees) paid on behalf of the client.
5. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the service completion. Please provide:
- Your name and contact information
- The service(s) you are requesting a refund for
- The reason for the refund request
6. Processing Refunds
Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the client’s responsibility to review the policy periodically.
